A study in adaptive reuse to convert the old Richland County Health Department to medical use and plan future expansions. Recently completed Phase II addresses entrance sequence and vertical travel through the addition of new lobby and three-story elevator. The building now houses facilities for both medical exam/treatment and a dental clinic with 5 operatories.
