This project adapted a 33,000 square foot vacant three level insurance office to new diagnostic medical offices and rehabilitation/training facilities. The building owner, Mid-Ohio Heart Clinic, occupies the primary level and their operation includes private physicians offices, conference rooms, billing offices and administration as well as diagnostic services. Also included in the building are four separate physicians rental suites, physical therapy, cardiovascular rehab, training seminar room, laboratory services and break space for employees. All elements of the building are fully accessible by elevator and meet the stringent Americans with Disabilities Act as applied to the offices of medical practitioners.
