Recently completed, this project replaced a worn and broken steam heating system with efficient new water boilers. Included was the opportunity to air condition all spaces utilizing a chilled water system. Special care was taken not to disturb the historic interiors and carefully blend new equipment. We also studied movement through the spaces and upgraded finishes and lighting in the classroom areas.
