In 2007, The Seckel Group worked closely with the City of Mansfield Engineering Department to totally renovate an office building previously used by Richland County. The building had also been used as a restaurant and a branch bank. The program called for complete removal and replacement of interior finishes, walls, ceilings and mechanical/electrical systems. Total project cost was approximately $450,000. The Seckel Group has subsequently been hired by the City to study redistribution of spaces vacated by the Utility Collections Department.
