Completed in 1998 this project provides staging area for six city buses and 3000 square feet for offices, waiting and support. Working with a very tight site we also coordinated demolition of previously abandoned structures. The building and canopy are themed to resemble historic transportation structures in the area. Important to the project is master planning for future Administrative Office and Training Center and transfer to over the road coach transportation.

Materials chosen for the project were purposely selected to continue the urban fabric of downtown Lima and allow for a coherent future expansion.
